Great spot for family stays

The staff is friendly, smelled clean and the beds are so comfortable. 5 minutes to the airport with delicious food right in the hotel.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable with the amenities offered.

Communication about the shuttle service could use some improvement. I was told it needed to be scheduled in advance, which turned into a $30 taxi ride because I wasn't informed properly. Breakfast prices felt steep compared to other places that offer complimentary options, and the absence of simple amenities like extra pillows and a safe in the room was a letdown. The decoration in the room felt somewhat dated, and I noticed a peculiar odor that required airing out during my stay. Housekeeping being every other day just doesn't cut it, especially when basic trash removal and linen changes should be standard.

We explored the Grand Ole Opry and the Country Music Hall of Fame. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean, perfect for relaxation after a day out. Great vibe and quiet hours made it ideal for our getaway!

We did have a not-so-great experience with a shuttle driver who wasn't very polite, making things a little awkward.

I loved how easy it was to explore the nearby cumberland river pedestrian bridge and two rivers dog park, both just a short drive away. the hotel also has a nice bistro downstairs serving starbucks coffee, making it a perfect stop after a long day of walking around the city, though it would have been nice to have complementary breakfast options available.

It was just a suitable option for a stopover in Nashville with attractive and competitive value for money. The front desk staff were friendly, though I was disappointed that the breakfast prices were high. If you need a ride to the hotel from the airport, make sure to schedule the shuttle in advance.

We had a pleasant experience during our three-night stay. The restaurant's breakfast is worth a try, though the prices are a bit high. Busy travelers should note the shuttle needs to be booked in advance. Overall, a nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms!

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room with Two Double Beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to the airport and bus stops. The free shuttle made getting around easy. I enjoyed the clean, comfortable environment. 🙂
